I recently visited Pho Akaushi, a Vietnamese restaurant located in the city of Garden Grove that had me going back for more of its superb broth, and richness of flavor in every bite.

Here is the three different styles of beef brisket served within the bowl of Pho.

•1st cut: Akaushi Beef cooked through thin slices of Akaushi Beef Brisket.

•2nd cut: Slices of Raw Akaushi Beef.

•3rd cut: Cubes of Akaushi Beef with Cartilage.

The owner, Tom is very accessible and is always willing to interact with his customers. He enjoys sharing and explaining the ingredients within the authentic Vietnamese bowl of Pho served at his restaurant.
